The menu is built around thoughtfully crafted small plates, a sharing experience designed to spark conversation and discovery, with local and foraged ingredients woven into every dish.
Expect terroir-to-table cooking rooted in the Naramatian way of life, where interesting flavour combinations and seasonal ingredients take centre stage. Each dish is conceived to pair beautifully with Hillside's award-winning wines, crafted by winemaker Kathy Malone exclusively from 100% Naramata-grown grapes.
